09h00 - Coffee, Tea, Muffins, Cheese Pastries & Mini Yoghurts
Ice Breakers and Funny Group Activities. We will divide everybody in ±10 people per team. 

Escape Room Treasure Hunt
We are not allowed to lock people in a room, this game is partly indoors. Teams have to "break in" and the solve code to open a digital safe. Each team get an UV Torch, and have to find clues written with Invisible Ink. Clues include riddles and puzzles, and one clue leads to another – pretty much like the Hollywood blockbuster “Da Vinci Code”

Newspaper Conveyor Belt
Each team get an "A3 Newspaper Conveyer Belt Poster" with instructions. Each team get a stack of newspapers and cello tape, which they have to build a giant conveyer belt (±10m). Teams must then walk inside the belt from A to B. This is the ultimate team building experience where everybody have to be in sync.

11h00    Refreshments
Fruit Juices (200ml), Bottled Water, and Assorted Sandwiched (individually wrapped). Sandwiches include Chick Mayo, Cheese & Tom, etc. 

Potjiekos Competition Mystery Boxes
Each team receives a Mystery Box with Herbs, Spices, and Utensils. One team will get the tomatoes and pepper, while the other team the onions and salt etc. Teams then have to select a cuisine and cook for that country, i.e. Mexican, Thai, and Zimbabwe etc.
·        #3Potjies - new potjie in box for our Halaal Delegates. One potjie can serve 12 people (potjie# X 4 = number of people served)
·        Herbs & Spices -i.e. basil, turmeric, bay leaves, capers, cardamom, chives, cloves, fennel, garlic, jasmine, nutmeg, oregano, paprika, saffron, curry, thyme, turmeric etc
·        Charcoal, Fire Lighters, Braai Utensils.
·        Meat (halaal, Forsmay Muslim Butchery, 011 838 5720 or Laudium Muslim Halal Butchery, 012 374 3415) - lamb, beef, chicken, wors; total ±350g per person
              
12h45    Judging the Potjies
One person from each team is chosen as a judge, that person must select a criteria, i.e. taste, texture, presentation etc. Each judge must select a different criteria

13h00 - Lunch and Potjies are served
The Potjies are served with Pap, Gravy, 6 Assorted Salads, and Rolls. Paper plates for halal meals. Soft Drinks include 340ml Coke, Sprite, etc. Halaal, Vegan, and Vegetarian Meals are included. We regret, Kosher Meals are an optional extra.
